Offizielle Basketball-Regeln für Männer und Frauen 2010
Momentan untersagt der Deutsche Basketball Bund (DBB) als Herausgeber und deutscher Lizenznehmer, die Übersetzung des Regelwerks als Online-Version zur Verfügung zu stellen und verweist auf die zu bestellende Print-Version. Daher haben wir uns entschlossen, die englische Original-Version zu verwenden. Der Einfachheit halber beschränken wir uns auf die Regeln und Spielvorschriften; die Anhänge (Anschreibebogen, Verfahren im Falle eines Protests, Klassifizierung der Mannschaften und Fernseh-Auszeiten) sowie die Technische Ausrüstung werden in diesem Dokument nicht berücksichtigt.

Introduction
Throughout the Official Basketball Rules, all references made to a player, coach, official, etc. in the male gender also apply to the female gender. It must be understood that this is done for practical reasons only.
